SNIPPETS FROM SERMON Sometimes when we say we are heirs from God, it may seem like we inherit things from God. However, we are heirs of God, meaning we inherit Him. We are not taking from Him, we are taking Him. To inherit God, we must come through Jesus. Christ is the first born and we share our inheritance with Christ. God in His purpose said " I want some people to be conformed to the image of my son. You are a part of those and at the appropriate time He called you. Your salvation did not come to God as a surprise. He predestinated them. Jesus came, died and resurrected, setting a pattern.
