The Kind of man that God will rest upon – V

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest? [2] For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

ISAIAH 66:1-2 KJV

A praying man is an overcoming man. Luke 9:28-29 shows that Jesus was transfigured when he prayed. There is no character flaw that can overcome a praying man. The fall of man brought about three things: 
1. Adamic Sicknesses and disease
 2. Adamic moral failures (a lack of moral compass). 3. Adamic cursed circumstances. 

For all these, one of God's major instrumentality of transformation is prayer.
